• Each photographic print we offer is custom made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged goods.

• In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same size and style, provided that you contact us via email at richard.fenster@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
• To initiate the exchange process, please include details of the damage along with clear photographs of the damaged print in your email.

3. Shipping:

• We strive to ensure that your order is carefully packaged and delivered to you in pristine condition.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping of your order.
• We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
